It's extremely important to our team that potential clients make
informed decisions and are confident we will get the job done (without
any surprises). Therefore, the AMR approach is distinguished by
a thorough gathering of the facts, clear communication, and an unwavering
commitment to our responsibilities.
Soon after our first conversation with a prospective customer,
we gather background information via phone, fax, or email.
Then, we interview key personnel and carefully analyze the circumstances
we have been introduced to frequently before any billable
hours accumulate. This approach ensures the situation is discussed
completely by our team and client staff and that the
problem definition, or requirement, is accurate.
After concluding the initial analysis phase, we provide written
feedback for discussion and approval. This concise document
outlines the situation that must be addressed, the course of action
we recommend, and the time frames and costs associated with implementing
our recommendations. For more complex assignments, Deltek Vision
is used as a planning tool.
Once a work plan and letter of agreement are finalized, we proceed
with our assigned tasks. During the implementation phase, clients
receive frequent status reports from the lead AMR consultant
often via project team or steering committee meetings.
Fulfilling the objectives of each assignment on time and
on budget, and total client satisfaction, are paramount to AMR's
